It’s impossible now to believe that just 15 years ago, businesses small and large were all competing for marketing/listing/attention space in paper directories, billboards and print media - on an unlevel footing. Big corporate budgets effortlessly squashed and outmuscled SME’s onto the sidelines when it comes to branding and advertising by “throwing resource at it”.
Nowadays, the level playing field that the Internet presents, means that small voices can turn up the volume and broadcast their products, services, vision, culture and ideas – of which, Radar Global has plenty.
In 2009, we hardly had budget for a commercial website – we’d devoted most of it on developing our monumental SONAR enterprise platform to run our build and manage our business. Being website-less, by consensus, was considered impossible, nonsensical, absurd - and, of course, this was correct in this hyper-connected age we live in. So, almost as an afterthought we threw up a basic but tidy brochure-ware commercial website that laid out our mission and services.
While that 101 website has served us well, we are today delighted to launch our beautiful new website that propels Radar Global into a new dimension and signals a gear change in the direction of our grand vision. The new style and engagement represents our emerging from the shadows of Sheung Wan. We hope you like it.
