Various parties, including clients, potential clients, agents, applicants and employees, at Radar Global Limited may be required to create User Accounts which requires them to submit various personal and/or company details. Access to these User Accounts is controlled by the User with their personal User Name (personal email address) and personal password. It is the responsibility of the User to keep the password secret and secure from any third party. If the User believes that the security of their User Account has been breached or compromised, they should contact Radar Global Limited immediately and Radar Global Limited shall not be held liable in respect thereof.
Users agree to be truthful when submitting personal information and to keep their personal information current and accurate at all times by editing the information of their User Account.
Parties that have applied to work as Agents of Radar Global Limited and have submitted their personal information but have not yet undertaken any project contracts may delete their User Accounts and all personally identifiable information.
Personal Information of Agents that have already undertaken project contracts with Radar Global Limited will be retained for legal and taxation requirements in the Hong Kong jurisdiction.

We treat the information you provide to us as confidential information; it is, accordingly, subject to our company’s security procedures and corporate policies regarding protection and use of confidential information. Information is generally processed and stored in Hong Kong.
Please note that Radar Global Limited will never send you an email requesting your user name, password, credit card number of social security number. If you receive an email that looks like it’s from Radar Global Limited, but asks for your credit card number or social security numbers, it’s a fraudulent email, or “phish”. We recommend that you delete the email.
If you believe “phishers” have gotten access to your personal or financial information, we recommend that you also change your password and inform us accordingly..
5. Use of your Personal Information
