Nobody knows more about CATI in the Asia Pacific, and beyond, than Grant. He was involved with one of the regions first ever multi-country CATI projects in 1997 with TNS and went on to become TNS’s CATI Regional Director for Asia Pacific, Latin America, Middle East and Africa (ALM); a role he held until he co-founded RADARGLOBAL in 2009.
Grant has built Radar Globals best-in-class CATI fieldwork management platform and practice based on 15 years of global CATI expertise.
Grant is energized by finding non-conventional solutions to the modern challenges of data collection and by demanding resolute efficiency, attention to detail and continuous improvement.
Grant is a well-travelled New Zealander who still plays the occasional game of rugby.
